낮은 천국들로부터 높은 천국들로부터의 입류가 불가능한 까닭은 질서에 어긋나기 때문이다. 반면, 높은 천국들로부터 낮은 천국들로의 입류는 있다. 더욱이 더 높은 천국 천사들의 지혜는 더 낮은 천국 천사들의 지혜보다 몇 만 배 뛰어나다. 이것이 낮은 천국의 천사들이 높은 천국 천사들과 대화할 수 없는 또 하나의 이유이다. 실제로 낮은 천국 천사들이 높은 천국 천사들이 있는 곳을 쳐다보아도 그들을 볼 수 없고, 높은 천국은 그들 머리 위의 뿌연 구름같이 보일 뿐이다. 반면 높은 천국 천사들은 낮은 천국 천사들을 볼 수는 있지만, 만일 아래 천국 천사들과 얘기하는 것이 허락되면 그들의 지혜는 상실된다. 이는 앞에서 말한 바와 같다. No influx is possible from the lower heavens into the higher, because this is contrary to order; but there is influx from the higher heavens into the lower. Moreover, the wisdom of the angels of a higher heaven surpasses the wisdom of the angels of a lower heaven as a myriad to one; and this is another reason why the angels of a lower heaven cannot converse with those of a higher heaven; and in fact when they look toward them they do not see them, the higher heaven appearing like a cloudy something over their heads. But the angels of a higher heaven can see those in a lower heaven, although if permitted to talk with them they would lose their wisdom, as has been said above.
