천국의 공간

이 모든 것으로 보아 천국에도 지상과 같이 공간이 있지만, 그것이 공간을 기준으로 정해지는 것이 아니고, 상태에 따라 정해진다는 것을 알 수 있다. 따라서 천국의 공간은 이 세상 척도로 잴 수 없으며, 오직 그곳 천사들의 내면 상태에 따라 나타난다는 것도 알 수 있다.주144 From all this it can be seen that although there are spaces in heaven as in the world, still nothing there is reckoned in accordance with spaces but in accordance with states; and in consequence spaces there cannot be measured as in the world, but can be seen only from the state and in accordance with the state of the interiors there.144

 

주144. 말씀에서 ‘길이’(length)는 선을 의미한다. In the Word “length” signifies good (n. 1613, 9487). ‘넓이’(Breadth)는 진리를 의미한다. “Breadth” signifies truth (n. 1613, 3433, 3434, 4482, 9487, 10179). ‘높이’(Height)는 선과 진리를 의미하는데 그 등급, 단계, 정도에 관해서 의미한다. “Height” signifies good and truth in respect to their degrees (n. 9489, 9773, 10181).
