사후 사람의 세 번째 상태,

천국에 들어가는 사람들을 위한 오리엔테이션 상태

Third State of Man after Death,

Which Is a State of Instruction for Those Who Enter Heaven

그러나 모두를 같은 방법으로나 같은 천국 공동체에 의해 가르치는 것은 아니다. 어려서부터 천국에서 성장한 영들은 세상에서 종교적 허위에서 나온 그릇된 관념을 흡수한 적이 없고, 명예나 재물에 속한 불순한 것들로 영적 삶을 더럽히지 않았기 때문에, 내적 천국의 천사들이 가르친다. 한편 성년이 된 후에 죽은 이들은 주로 가장 낮은 천국의 천사들이 가르친다. 이들에게는 그 천사들이 내적 천사들보다 더 적합하기 때문이다. 내적 천사들의 지혜는 이들이 아직 받아들일 수 없다. 모하메드 교도들은 같은 종교에서 기독교로 개종한 천사들이 가르친다. 다른 비기독교 민족들도 자기 민족 천사들이 가르친다. But all are not taught in the same way, nor by the same societies of heaven. Those that have been brought up from childhood in heaven, not having imbibed falsities from the falsities of religion or defiled their spiritual life with the dregs pertaining to honors and riches in the world, receive instruction from the angels of the interior heavens; while those that have died in adult age receive instruction mainly from angels of the lowest heaven, because these angels are better suited to them than the angels of the interior heavens, who are in interior wisdom which is not yet acceptable to them. But the Mohammedans receive instruction from angels who had been previously in the same religion and had been converted to Christianity. The heathen, too, are taught by their angels.
