천국의 어린이들

어린아이들의 성향도 다양하다. 어떤 아이들은 영적 천사가, 또 어떤 아이들은 천적 천사가 될 성향을 지니고 있다. 천적인 성향의 아이들은 천국에서 오른쪽에, 영적 성향의 아이들은 왼쪽에 보인다. 모든 아이는 천국이라는 가장 큰 사람의 눈 부위에 있는데, 천적 성향의 아이들은 오른쪽 눈, 영적 성향의 아이들은 왼쪽 눈 부위에 있다. 이것은 영적 나라 천사들에게는 주님이 왼쪽 눈앞에, 천적 나라 천사들에게는 오른쪽 눈앞에 보이시기 때문이다(118항). 가장 큰 사람, 즉 천국에서 아이들이 눈 부위에 있다는 사실은 그들이 주의 직접적인 보호의 눈길 아래 있음을 증명한다. Little children have various dispositions, some that of the spiritual angels and some that of the celestial angels. Those who are of a celestial disposition are seen in that heaven to the right, and those of a spiritual disposition to the left. All children in the Greatest Man, which is heaven, are in the province of the eyes—those of a spiritual disposition in the province of the left eye, and those of a celestial disposition in the province of the right eye. This is because the angels who are in the spiritual kingdom see the Lord before the left eye, and those who are in the celestial kingdom before the right eye (see above, n. 118). This fact that in the greatest man or heaven children are in the province of the eyes is a proof that they are under the immediate sight and auspices of the Lord.
