※  천사들의 이 마지막 상태는 그들이 자기 본성에 빠져있을 때인데, 이때 그들은 우울해지기 시작한다. 나는 그들이 그 상태에 있을 때, 대화를 나눴고, 그들의 우울함을 보았다. 그러나 그들은 이전 상태, 즉 천국으로 곧 돌아간다는 희망이 있다고 했다. 그들에게는 자기 본성에 빠져들지 않게 저지되는 곳이 천국이다.

천사들의 이 마지막 상태는 그들이 자기 본성에 빠져있을 때인데, 이때 그들은 우울해지기 시작한다. 나는 그들이 그 상태에 있을 때, 대화를 나눴고, 그들의 우울함을 보았다. 그러나 그들은 이전 상태, 즉 천국으로 곧 돌아간다는 희망이 있다고 했다. 그들에게는 자기 본성에 빠져들지 않게 저지되는 곳이 천국이다. When angels are in the last of these states, which is when they are in what is their own, they begin to be sad. I have talked with them when they were in that state and have seen their sadness; but they said that they hoped to return soon to their former state, and thus into heaven again, as it were; for to them it is heaven to be withheld from what is their own.
