천국과 지상의 모든 것 간에 어떤 상응이 존재한다

There Is a Correspondence of Heaven with All Things of the Earth

상응이 무엇인가에 대해서는 앞부분에서 설명했다. 또 살아있는 인체(the animal body)의 모든 것은 하나하나가 상응물(correspondences)이라는 것도 설명했다. 다음은 지상의 모든 것, 그리고 일반적으로 세상의 모든 것(all things of the universe)은 상응물이라는 것을 밝힐 차례다. What correspondence is has been told in the preceding chapter, and it has there been shown that each thing and all things of the animal body are correspondences. The next step is to show that all things of the earth, and in general all things of the universe, are correspondences.
